Enrolling to be a  member is simple.  First, fill in all the required information necessary to process your application.  After submitting the online application, on the following page you will required to pay an application fee of $249 to become a qualified member.  After paying the application fee you can now start submitting your short sale deals by clicking the Apply button above.
