Online Application

The Online Application is simple.  First, fill in all the required information necessary to process your short sale submission.  After submitting the online application, investors and home buyers must immediately pay an application fee of $99 or $399.  After paying the application fee all other fees will be collected at the time of closing if the Short Sale is approved. The above mentioned fees are for members only.

Realtors and homeowners will never be asked to pay any up front fees.  These forms submitted will be considered as referrals and a representative from our investment company will contact you directly.
